Each booking is exclusive – with 15,000 square feet of living space, a huge front garden and a private beach, you can plan to host your private event in any area of the property you like.

The dining area at Casa Rubia seats 26 people, with the main dining table seating 16. This table, made of Mexican Onyx, illuminates from within and was custom made for this property. It can only be described as a work of art and will surely make your special occasion even more memorable. Our full time on-site chef specializes in traditional Oaxacan food and is available to assist you in the planning of your special menu and meals throughout your stay.

We’re a group of friends that splurged to celebrate our 40th birthdays together. We’re not used to having servants so this was a real trip for our group indeed. From the chaffuer, to the chef, to the bar tenders at night, this is a trip we won’t ever forget, even after all of those great margaritas. Thanks again.

Business events at Casa Rubia can be tailored to your needs, our on-site staff will take care of your meals, while the relaxed tropical atmosphere will help form new creative ideas. In rooms big enough for presentations to the entire group or small areas for breakout sessions, we’re eager to make your business event a breakthrough experience.

We can custom tailor the trip to include gala dinners, off-site activities and team building events. The choice of activities and events includes learning to surf, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, scuba diving, long or short day hikes, boat rides, dirt biking / 4x4 off roading, bird watching, sky diving and more.

Please also note that if your event will be attended by more than 20 people, it may be possible to rent the neighbouring estate to Casa Rubia enabling a total guest list of nearly 50 people. Please contact us to determine availability of booking both estates.
